Deliver comprehensive patient care aligned with nursing care plans and professional standards.
Optimize the use and management of resources and supplies for cost-effectiveness.
Contribute to teamwork and efficiency of the team.
Pursue continuous improvement in nursing practices and patient outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Enrolled Nursing required.
Flexibility to work shifts as per unit needs.
Fundamental understanding of nursing activities and procedures within scope of practice.
Good communication skills.
High energy levels and adaptability to changing working environment.
Must be able to be accountable for decisions made and be able to work under pressure.
Personal transportation required.
Willingness to be on call during weekdays and weekends
Theatre experience will be an (advantage).
Location: South Africa, North West, Klerksdorp
