Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in operations : Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Customer service : Ensuring exceptional service is delivered to all guests.
- Training staff : Assisting in the training and development of restaurant staff.
- Managing inventory : Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handling complaints : Addressing guest complaints and ensuring resolution.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent : A degree in hospitality management is preferred.
- Experience in restaurant management : Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication skills : Essential for interacting with guests and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software : Familiarity with POS systems.
