PEP Clothing Store Manager Vacancy Key Responsibilities
The appointed Store Manager will be expected to:
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and world-class store standards
- Ensure proper stock management and promotional implementation
- Reduce stock loss through effective security measures and cash handling procedures
- Manage store costs according to company guidelines and improve efficiency
- Ensure all store administration is completed accurately and on time
- Lead, coach, and train store employees to improve performance
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store
PEP Clothing Store Manager Vacancy Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Good command of English
- A qualification in Business, Retail, or a related field will be advantageous
- 1–2 years of retail experience in a leadership role will be beneficial
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office or Google GSuite, will be an added advantage
