Internal Sales Consultant- Kliprivier

Our client, a leader in innovative building and infrastructure solutions across diverse sectors including commercial, industrial, mining, education, and government, is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Consultant to strengthen their dynamic sales support structure.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Handle customer enquiries with exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships.
Manage quotations, costing, order processing, and sales administration to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate logistics, transport, procurement, and delivery activities to meet client expectations.
Track orders, warranties, deliveries, and prospecting activities to support business growth.
Conduct cold calls and follow-up to generate new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales reports, budget tracking, and workload documentation.
Collaborate closely with operational and production teams to align customer requirements.
Assist with basic design tasks utilizing CAD software.
Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric.
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
35 years' experience in a similar internal sales or sales administration role.
Experience with construction costing and quotations.
Working knowledge of CAD software and ability to interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with the following:
CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
Construction cost estimation and quotation processes
Logistics and procurement coordination
