Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Greet customers and accurately understand their vehicle service or repair needs.

• Record vehicle faults and customer requests precisely.

• Explain repair recommendations, costs, and obtain approval before work commences.

• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Open and process job cards, schedule appointments, and prioritize urgent repairs.

• Coordinate with workshop controllers and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

• Review technician reports and effectively communicate findings to clients.

• Advise on preventive maintenance based on vehicle mileage or usage.

• Liaise with the parts department to ensure timely parts procurement.

• Prepare quotations, estimates, and process invoices.

• Maintain detailed service histories and customer records.

• Assist in warranty claim processes and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.

• Build strong relationships with fleet managers and transport companies.

• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and review service contracts.

• Promote safety standards and dealership procedures.

Duties:

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years experience in an automotive service environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle systems including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems

• Proficiency in relevant software and dealership systems
