Key responsibilities
- Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decisions.
- Analyse financial and operational performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed management reports and commercial analysis.
- Drive forecasting and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with commercial, operational and finance stakeholders to understand key business drivers.
- Analyse margins, profitability, costs and performance across the business.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Support strategic decision-making through robust financial modelling and insights.
- Continuously improve reporting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
What We're Looking For
- CA(SA) – essential
- 4–5 years' commercial experience
- Strong FP&A and Management Accounting experience.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling, analysis and forecasting.
- Experience within FMCG, Retail or another stock-moving environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand what drives business performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proven track record of career stability, ideally with 3–5 years at the same organisation.
