Our Client is looking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights, actionable intelligence, and smarter business decisions . You will work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand business challenges, develop innovative BI solutions, and translate data into insights that influence strategic, commercial, and operational performance . Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and BI solutions aligned to business requirements.
- Translate business needs and questions into clear analytical, reporting and data requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, data models and BI solutions using large and complex datasets.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, opportunities, risks and key performance drivers.
- Conduct detailed and root-cause analysis to support strategic, commercial and operational decision-making.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Develop predictive and trend-based analysis where appropriate to support business planning and performance management.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience developing enterprise-level BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions .
- Advanced SQL skills, with strong experience working with relational databases, complex queries and data modelling.
- Strong experience working with large and complex datasets , with the ability to identify trends, patterns, risks and business opportunities.
- Strong data visualisation and dashboard development skills, with experience using a leading BI platform such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik .
