Payroll Manager

What You'll Do:
Process payroll and service provider payments accurately and on schedule
Audit payroll data to ensure precision
Prepare and submit financial and HR reports
Reconcile payroll with the general ledger and cash book
Provide professional and friendly service to internal customers
Build and lead a motivated payroll team
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of relevant payroll experience
Must have a relevant payroll qualification
Must have experience working on sage 300 (Non Negotiable)
Solid understanding of General Ledger, Reconciliations, and Cash Book Processing
Familiarity with EMP501 and EMP201 reporting
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in a fast paced environment with a payroll headcount of more than 1000 employees
