About The Role
Sorting and handling of all mail related items including In & Outgoing Mail, Registered Mail, Address unknown letters, Couriers items, mailroom projects

Distribution Tasks
What you will be doing
- Distribution of all mail house items daily.
- Support all mail room Distribution Activities.
- Do ad hoc tasks as part of the dedicated Client Service Area.
- Support Loading Bay In & Outgoing Activities.
- Deliver Loading Bay items in Building.
- Control Loading Bay items as requested by the client Security Rules.
- Do ad hoc tasks as part of the dedicated Client Service Area.
- Sorting & Handling of all Regional mail activities.
- Collect the supplies of clients in the Loading Bay & Supply Stores.
- Deliver all supplies in the client HO Building.
Compliance
- Adhere to the Company’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality
- (SHEQ) Management
- System’s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.
- Logging of observations Monthly
Mailroom Projects
- Assist with projects request when needed.
- Do ad hoc tasks as requested via Job Cards, Clients & Team Leader.
