Specialist: Contractor Management

Purpose of the Job
Responsible to support a cotingent workforce within BMW SA (including DevOps/IT Hub) and BMW Financial Services in conjunction with the Temporary Employment Services (TES) by managing a stable and systainable steering framework for hte organiszation which will enhance operational performance with a focus on optimization/automoation of processes, quality and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of contractors for all entities with BMW Group SA, incl. IT Dev/Ops HUB.
- Steer the external TES based on KPI and make sure targets are met.
- Areas for improvement and process optimization and implement measures.
- Improve communication to TES and Managers to secure efficient information flow.
- Provide a platform for manager self-service and support role mapping and implementation of new rates.
- Create new interaction processes between Contractor Management and Managers (e.g. ticketing system).
- Will develop Contractor Management model based on benchmarks internally and externally.
- Optimise processes due to automation and system support.
- Steer projects relating to contractor management, e.g. TES tender process and Diversity based on legal and business requirements.
- Ensure the processing of all appointments, termination and transfers in line with payroll closure.
- Facilitate engagement with TES and support for performance related topics of contractors and with Purchasing and Legal to ensure Purchasing and Legal compliance.
- Will ensure sourcing of contractors through TES in BMW SA and BMW Financial Services complies with Group Governance and process the optimization of processes are aligned and compliant.
- Ensure all compliance of recruitment; onboarding as well as relevant training are completed and recorded and ensure that Governance and Audit requirements are implemented.
- Raise CCB Epics and work with IT on system improvements for contractor management
- Oversee the Time Management

- Maintaining consistent and accurate service to all BMW SA and Financial Services in terms of contract management.
- Ensuring processes and systems are optimized efficiently.
Education
- Relevant BCom degree in HR or Business Management.
Experience
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
Additional Skills
- Ability to handle complex situations and engaging all relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in process optimization and creating communication platforms.
- Excellenf computer skills (MS Suite, SAP, database management.
- Advanced organizational skills, time management and project management skills desired.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and & customer service orientated is a must.
- Adept at manageing senior level communications and relationships.
