REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manager within a 5 Star game lodge essential
- Extensive experience within the game lodge industry essential
- Strong operational knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literate with experience on hospitality PMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards
- Professional, hands-on, and guest-focused approach
- Valid Driver's License and own transport advantageous
- Oversee the daily operation of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Lead, train, mentor, and develop the Rooms Division team
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
- Monitor occupancy, room allocations, and operational efficiencies
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with lodge policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless lodge operations
- Prepare departmental reports and assist with budgeting and operational planning
- R35,000 per month (Negotiable DOE)
- Live-in accommodation provided
