Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join one of our UK-based client teams. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of HubSpot and play a key part in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns. Rather than focusing on CRM administration alone, you'll use HubSpot to build campaigns, automate customer journeys, and drive lead generation.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot, including workflows, automation, forms, lists, and reporting.
- Support lead generation, email marketing and event campaigns.
- Build customer journeys and marketing automation.
- Maintain marketing data, lead management, and campaign reporting.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI tools.
- Experience in Marketing Operations or a similar B2B marketing role.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (essential).
- HubSpot Academy certification is highly advantageous.
- Experience with GA4, WordPress, and marketing automation.
- Naturally tech-savvy, organised, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
