THE ROLE

We're after a Creative Director who can do the thing and lead the people doing it. Someone who's as comfortable behind a camera or deep in a timeline as they are shaping how a story comes to life. You'll take creative briefs handed over by the agency creative team and drive them through production from kickoff to final export, bringing craft, storytelling, and production intelligence to every step and staying close enough to the work to make everything sharper.

You'll own the production side of digital content across video, social, and branded work. The creative direction and concepts come from the agency creative team, and your job is to take those briefs and make them real: interpreting them into treatments and production approaches, getting on set to shoot, sitting in the edit to cut, and holding the quality bar across a lot of work moving fast. Through all of it, you're the one making sure the story stays intact and gets stronger as it moves from idea to screen.

Collaboration is everything here. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with creatives, strategists, client service, and other production leads, translating their thinking into finished work and pushing back constructively when production logic or craft demands it. Great agency work happens in the back-and-forth, and you'll thrive in it.

You'll also own the machine behind the output: the workflows, the handoffs, and the systems that let a lean team ship excellent work on time without running itself into the ground. And you'll help build something genuinely modern, defining where AI-assisted tools sharpen the work and where they dull it, so the human energy stays on the story and the craft.
