A creative agency in Musina, Limpopo is looking for a talented UX Designer to work on a diverse portfolio of client projects. The role involves conceptualising and producing high-quality visual content for digital and print, collaborating with copywriters and strategists, and presenting design concepts to clients. This is an inspiring environment for a designer who wants to push creative boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for architectural, mechanical, or interior design projects with dimensional accuracy.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand visual identities across all platforms, ensuring typography and colour palettes adhere to brand guidelines.
- Conceptualise and create compelling visual designs for print advertisements, digital banners, social media content, and brand identities.
- Edit and retouch photographs and digital images to enhance visual quality and meet required specifications for the output medium.
- Stay updated with current design trends, software developments, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines without compromising creative quality.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, develop creative briefs, and present design concepts for review.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of design principles including colour theory, typography, layout, and composition and ability to apply them effectively.
- For CAD roles, demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar software with a portfolio of technical drawings.
- Good communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
- For interior design roles, knowledge of building regulations, space planning standards, and experience specifying materials and finishes.
- A minimum of one to three years of professional design experience supported by a strong portfolio showing creativity and technical competence.
