You'll be joining a property group with a varied portfolio spanning retail, commercial and other property sectors. The business combines property ownership and management with ongoing development, creating a finance environment shaped by different assets, operations and reporting requirements.
For you, this is an opportunity to build on your five years of property accounting experience while broadening your exposure across a diverse portfolio. You'll have the chance to strengthen your financial reporting expertise, tackle more complex accounting requirements and continue developing professionally within a specialist property environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with audit requirements and financial queries
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the property industry
- Property industry experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
