POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our farm property just outside Pietermaritzburg.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including managing a team of maintenance staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property is kept in optimal condition.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance staff
- Preparing maintenance schedules and allocating work
- Inspecting facilities to determine maintenance needs
- Ensuring all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining inventory of repair equipment and supplies
