Business Development Account Executive (Nelspruit)

Duties include:
- Lead generation: Find new businesses that need regular parcel, freight, or document delivery.
- Account management: Build strong ties with current shipping clients to stop them from leaving.
- Sales growth: Upsell faster delivery speeds, bulk shipping rates, or global logistics options.
- Contract talks: Create custom price quotes, service level agreements, and business proposals.
- Market research: Watch local shipping competitors and spot new industry trends.
- Problem solving: Work with operations and driver teams to fix delayed or lost shipments for client
- Matric and relevant sales/marketing qualification
- 2-5 year years of dedicated B2B external sales or business development experience within the services industry
- Express courier, road freight, or logistics sectors advantageous
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Customer database tools (CRM)
- Strong contract negotiation, pipeline tracking, and executive presentation capabilities
- Valid driver's license
