We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems on real-world security, compliance, and risk scenarios. What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate and classify compliance scenarios across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements and validate control mappings against industry standards
- Generate and refine training and evaluation data to improve AI reasoning on GRC topics
- Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI models understand nuanced compliance thinking
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security
- Solid working knowledge of one or more frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and writing policy and audit-style documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in security auditing, third-party risk, or vendor assessments
- Familiarity with GRC tools or platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Vanta, Drata)
