- 2–3 years of recruitment, sales, or business development experience
- Confidence in business development and client engagement
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with Placement Partner is advantageous
- Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or Business
- Uncapped commission with significant earning potential
