About This Position
An experienced Training Coordinator is needed to support operations in Brits. The role forms part of how the business keeps its hr jobs portfolio strong in North West.
Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.
Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Brits teams, and the new Training Coordinator will feel that from the first week.

Key Outputs
- Process monthly payroll inputs and resolve employee queries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to onboarding
- Advise managers on application of the LRA, BCEA and EEA
- Support organisational design, job evaluation and grading processes
- Champion transformation and inclusion across all people processes
- Manage benefits, pension or provident fund and medical aid administration
- Coordinate performance management cycles and calibration sessions
Essential Criteria
- 3-5 years' generalist HR experience in a structured environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics
- Experience supporting CCMA, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Comfortable in a unionised environment where applicable
- Commitment to fairness, transformation and ethical conduct
- Sound knowledge of the LRA, BCEA, EEA and Skills Development Act
