Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Recruitment Support : Assisting in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Employee Onboarding : Helping with the onboarding process for new hires.
• HR Administration : Supporting various HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Employee Engagement : Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Data Management : Helping maintain employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field : Essential for understanding HR principles.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills : Important for effective communication with employees.
• Attention to Detail : Necessary for maintaining accurate HR records.
