- Ondersteun opgraderings en implementering van nuwe kommunikasie-oplossings
Bediener-, Wolk- en Microsoft 365 Administrasie
- Bestuur hibriede bediener- en wolkomgewings
- Administreer Microsoft 365, insluitend Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive en Teams
- Bestuur Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) en gebruikersidentiteite
- Administreer Active Directory, Groepbeleide (GPO's) en gebruikersregte
- Onderhou Windows-bedieners en virtuele bedieneromgewings
- Bestuur lisensies, gebruikersrekeninge en toegangsregte
- Implementeer sekuriteits- en voldoeningsbeleide
- Bestuur rugsteun-, herstel- en rampherstelprosesse
- Ondersteun migrasies, opgraderings en nuwe wolkdienste

Druk- en Dokumentbestuur
- Administreer netwerkdrukkers, multifunksionele toestelle en drukbedieners
- Bestuur PaperCut-drukbestuurstelsel
- Bestuur drukkwotas, gebruikersregte en drukverbruik
- Koördineer instandhouding, herstelwerk en verbruiksgoedere
- Implementeer veilige drukwerk- en drukbeheeroplossings

- Implementeer en onderhou sekuriteitsoplossings
- Bestuur antivirus-, bedreigingsbeskerming- en inhoudsfilteringstelsels

Minimum Vereistes
- Toepaslike kwalifikasie in Inligtingstegnologie of 'n verwante veld
- Minimum 3–5 jaar ervaring in netwerkadministrasie, stelselinfrastruktuur en tegniese ondersteuning
- Bewese ervaring met:
- Netwerkadministrasie
- Microsoft 365 Administrasie
- Firewall- en sekuriteitsadministrasie
- Bedieneradministrasie
- WiFi-infrastruktuur

- Sterk analitiese en probleemoplossingsvaardighede
