- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance
- Prepare accurate quotations on steel products and follow up to secure orders
- Process sales orders and ensure smooth coordination through to delivery
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Assist with general sales administration and support the team where needed
- Identify opportunities to grow sales within the existing customer base
- Liaise with external sales and other departments to meet customer requirements
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activity up to date
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Support business operations in a small team where flexibility and accountability are key
