About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Sanitation Compliance Specialist to join their team, working from anywhere within South Africa, with a focus on oversight related to Polokwane 's operational areas.
This role is integral to ensuring that all sanitation practices and protocols across the organization meet rigorous health, safety, and regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for developing compliance frameworks, conducting virtual audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation compliance programs and policies remotely.
Conduct virtual audits and inspections of facilities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Analyze sanitation data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with site managers and operational teams to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on relevant sanitation laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, sanitation management, or EHS roles.
Proven ability to manage compliance remotely and utilize digital tools for monitoring.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
