• Recruitment Support : Assisting in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.

• Interview Coordination : Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Database Management : Maintaining the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
• Reporting : Generating recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field : Essential for understanding recruitment processes.
• 1-3 Years of Experience in Recruitment or HR : Important for effectively supporting talent acquisition efforts.
• Strong Communication Skills : Valued for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills : Necessary for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems : Essential for efficient database management.
