• Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Support office administration and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant reception or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to accept responsibility and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in account management, reconciliation, and accuracy in tasks
