Production Planner

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
This role is to plan and optimise production in line with the MPS to drive delivery performance and efficiency.
Requirements
Matric
Diploma/Degree in Production / Operations / Planning
5+ years' experience in production planning (automotive preferred)
Strong ERP/MRP knowledge
Syspro experience essential
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule production against MPS
Convert forecasts into production plans
Manage stock, WIP, and backorders
Monitor daily production vs targets and adjust as needed
Drive efficiency and resolve production issues
Support NPI (OTS, PPT, MPT) activities
Produce key reports (production, backorders, performance)
Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, and 5S standards
