Employee Relations & Policies Manager

Execute and deliver HR Policies and Internal Controls Compliance services within their groups. Define, design and develop policy frameworks, ensure awareness and enforce compliance to policy requirements. Provide expertise on HR policy and Employee Relations matters. Manage execution and operational direction of HR Internal Controls across geographies. Drive process communication, status reporting, audit resolution, action plan management and process updates. Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities. You should review these in conjunction with career level guidelines to gain a clear understanding of the expectations for your role.
Degree in Law
