WE’RE HIRING | JUNIOR SALES ASSISTANT
Giftwrap is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, ambitious and customer-focused Junior Sales Assistant to join our team in Pretoria.

Must be able to start immediately
What you’ll be doing
• Assisting customers with enquiries and product requirements
• Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders and follow-ups
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Following up on leads and potential sales opportunities
• Learning our extensive corporate gifting and promotional product range
• Providing excellent customer service from enquiry through to delivery
• Assisting the team in achieving sales targets

• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Computer literate and comfortable using email and Microsoft Office
• A strong willingness to learn and grow
What will give you an advantage
Previous sales or customer service experience
Experience in corporate gifting or promotional products
E-commerce or online sales experience
CRM experience
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Afrikaans communication skills
