What you'll be doingGraphic Design – Digital and Print across platforms
Create and establish designs, visual approaches, look and feels and create impactful designs keeping business and customer in mind.
Roll out and conceptualise as needed across digital and print within deadline.
Be agile to adapt to urgent business needs and reshuffle work as needed.
Print knowledge required, including setting up and prepping for print across substrates
Adhere to studio process
Develop fresh and original proactive work and come up with ideas beyond the brief when needed.
Deliver work that is, accurate, media specific, in line and compliant with the CI, brand tone of voice, accurate to brief and CI and of great quality that is highly crafted.
Interpret and execute creative briefs from concept to design to roll‐out
Conceptualisation and Ideation
Conceptualise and ideate on concept through the line.
Develop fresh and original proactive work and ideate beyond the brief
Understand context and media/ platform when conceptualising/ rolling out.
Assist management with campaign execution by bringing it to life through excellent design, art direction and visual layout skills.
Generate innovative ideas
Collaboration and Communication
Provide technical guidance, coach and inspire Junior and Mid-level Designer/s.
Positive collaboration with team and management, creating a positive team environment
Build an understanding of our products, and our customer per region
A role model to other designers through positive attitude, responsibility, honesty, respect and openness.
Be agile to adapt to urgent business needs and reshuffle work as needed
Clear, effective and honest communication across the business
Work closely with Copywriters to develop campaigns locally and across Africa.
Share knowledge, best practices and cutting‐edge work with the team.
Support departmental goals and new approaches.
Attend daily stand up meetings and actively listen to understand team requirements.

Essential skills you'll bring to the table3 year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication
5-6+ years experience in design, 2 minimum years in a senior role
Advanced practical knowledge and application in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft office
Essential to be able to guide others without designing for them
Excellent time management and project management skills for self
Apply trends and best practice in practical and effective ways to the brand and business
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience working collaboratively in cross‐functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
Expertise in managing projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
Understanding of the creative process and ability to have an agile approach to work.
Ensure due diligence and best practice in file setup, management, and sharing.
Desirable skills you've got up your sleeveKnowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry
Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook After effects and Dreamweaver advantageous Knowledge of UI with best practice experience
