Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity on various blockchain platforms.
Architect and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure.
Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for blockchain initiatives.
Optimize smart contract performance and gas efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with a significant focus on Solidity development.
Deep understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and blockchain fundamentals.
Experience with Web3 libraries and frameworks (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js).
Proficiency in other programming languages like JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or Go is a plus.
Familiarity with blockchain development tools and environments (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache).
Experience with security best practices for smart contract development and auditing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of other blockchain protocols (e.g., Polygon, Binance Smart Chain) is advantageous.
