As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our client, providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and assistance.Drive sales by actively promoting products, special offers, and loyalty programs.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product range to effectively answer customer queries.Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Assist with maintaining store presentation, including merchandising, tidying displays, and ensuring a clean environment.Handle stock replenishment and organization in the sales floor and stockroom areas.Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.Support the store team in creating a positive and efficient shopping atmosphere.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Previous customer service or retail sales experience is advantageous but not essential.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A genuine passion for customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic stock handling tasks.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the store in Welkom, Free State.Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Must be reliable and punctual.
