Luxury Safari Lodge based close to Kruger National Park is currently looking for an Assistant Management Couple ( Field Guide I Admin & Reservations) Field Guide Duties: The Field Guide will be responsible for providing professional, informative and memorable experiences for guests. Conducting guided activities and guest experiences Sharing accurate and engaging information about wildlife, ecology and the surrounding environment Ensuring guest safety and comfort during guided activities Maintaining professional standards when interacting with guests Assisting with the preparation and upkeep of guiding equipment Reporting any operational, safety or maintenance concerns Working closely with management and other team members Assisting with general lodge or property operations when reasonably required Requirements: Be a qualified Field Guide Hold a valid FGASA qualification Hold the required DEAT registration/certification Have a professional and guest-focused approach Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Be responsible, reliable and safety-conscious Have a genuine passion for wildlife, conservation and the bush Admin & Reservations: Duties: The Admin Assistant / Reservationist will support the smooth day-to-day administration and operation of the lodge. Reservations General office administration Maintaining records and filing systems Assisting with correspondence and communications Capturing and updating information accurately Assisting management with administrative tasks Coordinating information between different areas of the operation Assisting with guest-related administration where required Supporting stock, purchasing or supplier administration where applicable Maintaining organised and accurate documentation Assisting with general operational duties as required Requirements: Previous administrative experience or strong administrative capabilities Be computer literate Have good organisational and time-management skills Have strong written and verbal communication skills Be professional and comfortable communicating with guests, suppliers and team members Be dependable and able to work independently Pay close attention to detail Be willing to assist with different aspects of the operation when required
