- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)
- Build and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components, with ongoing support for Aura Components and Visualforce
- Write and optimise SOQL and SOSL queries to support business requirements
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with admins and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Apex (classes, triggers, batch processing)
- SOQL & SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (essential)
- Aura Components and Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows and declarative automation
- Integration experience (REST, SOAP, OAuth/JWT)
- Salesforce DX and deployment tools
