The successful incumbent will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Drivers License
Matric/Senior Certificate
Computer Literate
2 years experience minimum using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent and professional english communication
Professional dress code Secretarial/Office admin experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the front desk and reception area Answer calls Compile daily logs Scheduling and reminders Preparing Quotes and Invoices Answering client queries Compiling documentation Filing.
