We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our portfolio of health and wellness brands. Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, brand, social media, or content-focused role.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or product launches.
- Strong understanding of social media and brand-building principles.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand partnerships is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across multiple brands.
- Coordinate content creation with designers, creators, influencers, and agencies.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance.
- Identify social media trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate influencer, ambassador, and creator partnerships.
Brand Marketing
- Support the execution of brand and marketing plans.
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing activities.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Support retail, trade, and brand-building initiatives where required.
Product Launches & Innovation Support
- Coordinate marketing activities for new product launches.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Assist with product positioning, launch materials, and marketing collateral.
- Support innovation projects and the new product development process.
- Coordinate launch timelines and project deliverables.
- Assist with packaging updates and product communication requirements.
- Monitor competitor activity, promotional trends, and category developments.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and reviews.
- Share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate suppliers, agencies, creators, and other external partners.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Maintain marketing calendars, launch trackers, and asset libraries.
- Support the effective execution of marketing initiatives across the business.
