- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Planning Team
- Assist with planning, stock, order, and supply chain-related activities
- Capture and maintain accurate information on internal systems
- Assist with invoicing, order processing, and monitoring order status
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, sales, and other internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders
- Assist with stock allocations, order releases, changes, and customer updates
- Respond to internal and external queries via phone and email, escalating where appropriate
- Assist with logistics and shipping administration and required documentation
- Prepare and maintain reports, stock sheets, catalogues, and other administrative information
- Support the team with general planning and administrative tasks as required
- Develop an understanding of the broader Planning and Supply Chain function through structured training
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and within required deadlines
- 2–4 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential
- Previous experience in invoicing, shipping, warehouse administration, logistics, internal sales, or a similar high-volume environment will be highly advantageous
- Experience working with high-volume and/or high-value transactions or information
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident working with internal and external stakeholders
- Quick to learn new systems, processes, and technology
- Looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity within Planning and Supply Chain
- Relevant qualification will be advantageous but is not essential
