You'll be the first voice and face of an accounting practice in Randburg. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.
This post is Randburg-based, with most of your time spent at an accounting practice.
The work, day to day
- Sign visitors in, issue access cards and notify the right person.
- Keep visitor and client details private under POPIA.
- Scan, file and archive documents in the correct client folders.
- Type basic letters and update the internal phone list.
- Order stationery and cleaning supplies and check deliveries.
- Sort incoming post and book couriers for outgoing documents.
You'll need
- Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic Excel
- Matric
- Discreet with confidential information
- A warm, clear phone manner in English
Helpful, not essential
- A secretarial or office administration certificate
- Typing speed above 40 wpm
