Commercial gr.12;ms office/syspro/erp systems.5+ years supporting food export waybills logistic ops/processing export orders/ coordinating shipments/managing docs/invoices/liaison customers/factories/freight partners/ ensure on-time/accurate delivery of goods. must be well-organised/detail-oriented/ reliable/proactive/ customer/solution-focused/have strong admin. skills/a professional approach/able to work independently/as part of a team/manage multiple priorities/meet deadlines. must be a confident communicator/able to work across multiple stakeholders/have proven exp. In export admin./logistics/international trade/expert knowledge of export docs/shipping processes. will handle customer queries/ complaints/special requirements professionally/ capture/manage export sales orders on erp system/confirm order details/specs with customers in 28 countries. liaise with internal teams/factories/ warehouses/freight partners/ensure smooth order fulfilment/manage sample orders to delivery/monitor stock availability/request stock reports from freight agents. coordinate container bookings/shipping rates/logistics arrangements with freight agents/ track shipments/keep customers informed of delivery status. prepare/manage export docs/invoices/ dispatch notes/filing of original documents/support finance activities/ensure pricing accuracy/timely customer payments/assist with credit notes/claims relating to damaged/lost/incorrect stock. h0102
