Group Technical Security Management
- Lead the installation, maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of CCTV, alarm, access control, and related electronic security systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults efficiently.
- Supervise, mentor, and train Junior Technicians and Technical Assistants.
- Plan and coordinate daily technical activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard.
- Configure and commission CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control systems, alarm panels, and associated equipment.
- Perform testing, quality inspections, and final handovers of completed installations.
- Complete job cards, service reports, inspection reports, and commissioning documentation accurately.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained and used responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and represent GTSM in a professional manner.
