MacBan Direct Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner
Present and explain products and services clearly to potential customers
Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build positive customer relationships and maintain a high standard of service
Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Assist with customer follow-ups and ongoing communication
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
Record customer interactions and sales information accurately
Represent the company positively at all times
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in training sessions
Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence in speaking with customers face-to-face
Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
Basic administration and record-keeping skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to work toward targets
Must be based in or able to commute to Cape Town, South Africa
Nice to Have
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or promotions
Familiarity with direct marketing environments

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Remote working is not available.
