Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an Internal Sales role
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential
- Experience within the engineering, manufacturing, steel, construction, or industrial sector is advantageous
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders
- Use AutoCAD to interpret, review, and assist with technical drawings
- Read and understand technical drawings to accurately identify customer requirements and specifications
- Liaise with customers regarding product specifications and pricing
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales
- Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure on-time deliveries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
