Industrial Engineer

Company and Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Engineer with solid experience in a manufacturing environment , particularly working with components and production processes .
This role will focus on optimising production, improving efficiencies, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware products , from component sourcing to assembly and deployment readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve manufacturing and assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on component selection, sourcing, and optimisation
• Develop and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma)
• Optimise production workflows, capacity planning, and resource utilisation
• Support supplier management , including lead times, quality, and cost efficiencies
• Drive process standardisation and quality improvements across manufacturing operations
• Use data and analytics to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Experience with BOM management and ERP systems
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  

  Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  

   

  • Proven experience working with components (mechanical and/or electronic)

   

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Production processes
    • Supply chain and inventory management
    • Costing and process optimisation
