A vacancy exists for at Practice Administrators (a Medical Bureau) with offices in Centurion.The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Capturing, billing and submission of medical claims through EDI- Communication and liaison with patients, and medical aids for outstanding payments.- The candidate works on excel spreadsheet for reporting daily stats and follow ups.- Age analysis monitoring - Reconciliation of Statements - Claim Assessment skills based on amounts claimed v/s amounts paid- Monitors incoming emails and responds to queries.- Record keeping relating to notes and proof of paymentsSkills Required- Matric- Medical administration experience- Microsoft Office: Excel Intermediate - Call Centre experience will be an advantage.- Knowledge and experience of basic general accounting acumen & practices including journals, reconciliations, will be advantageous- Excellent communication skills with patients- Knowledge of healthcare procedures will be advantageous.
