You're an experienced Delivery Account Manager, Delivery Manager or Programme Manager who enjoys taking ownership of complex portfolios and building lasting client relationships. Leading high-performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders and balancing commercial objectives with exceptional delivery comes naturally to you. You thrive in fast-paced environments where strategic thinking, sound decision-making and continuous improvement make a measurable impact.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of delivery programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you'll oversee governance, risk management, financial performance, resource planning and delivery excellence while driving client satisfaction and account growth. You'll enjoy this role because it combines strategic leadership, commercial responsibility, people development and operational excellence, giving you the opportunity to influence both business outcomes and long-term client partnerships.

What you'll need

Extensive experience managing large delivery portfolios together with strong programme and stakeholder management expertise. A proven background in P&L ownership, governance, risk management, financial forecasting, KPI reporting, resource optimisation and executive communication is essential. Experience leading geographically distributed teams, alongside certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or PgMP, will position you well. Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, managed services or media will be advantageous.
