Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Travel Specialist Remote Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Travel Specialist with a strong background in the DMC and inbound travel sector to take ownership of a growing division. This is a remote position suited to a senior professional who is confident managing all aspects of inbound travel operations, including itinerary design, guest movements, and supplier coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and expanding our inbound travel offering, primarily supporting guests travelling between Cape Town and Victoria Falls . This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a division from an operationally light base, where systems are currently informal and require structure, innovation, and leadership. This role requires a highly organised and self-driven individual who thrives in a flexible environment without rigid systems in place. You must be comfortable working remotely, taking initiative, and implementing improved processes where necessary. Strong supplier relationships, destination knowledge, and experience in designing seamless luxury itineraries will be essential. In addition to operational responsibilities, the role offers a strategic component for someone eager to grow a business unit. Key Requirements & Responsibilities Minimum 58 years experience in DMC or inbound travel Proven experience creating and managing detailed travel itineraries Strong knowledge of Southern Africa travel routes (Cape TownVictoria Falls) Ability to operate without structured systems and build processes Experience dealing with luxury lodge or high-end travel clients Excellent organisational and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely Commercial mindset with an interest in growing a division Package - Salary: Commensurate with experience + incentives + potential shares - Remote opportunity Start Date: ASAP
