Key Performance areas: Manages Industrial Relations division provides direction and oversight Develops industrial Relations Structures and Manage Relations Specialist advisory service for employee relations policies, agreement & procedures Provide an industrial relation capacity building Managers and monitors the services of third-party service providers Advised management and staff on grievance and disciplinary Conciliates and mediates settlements Attends arbitration and pre-dismissal arbitration
