We are Hiring
We currently provide a dedicated onsite mobility specialist responsible for the administration, support and operational management of the customers mobile communications environment. The resource serves as the primary point of contact for mobility-related requests and works closely with stakeholders, end users and support teams to ensure the efficient operation of the mobile estate.
• Day-to-day administration of mobile voice and data services.
• User provisioning, activations, upgrades, migrations and disconnections.
• Mobile device and SIM lifecycle management.
• Request fulfilment and user support.
• Escalation management between the customer and Vodacom operational teams.
• Mobile estate governance and reporting activities.
• Mobile billing support and query resolution.
• Roaming and international travel support.
• Executive and VIP user support.
• Coordination of service requests and operational changes.
• User communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Continuous optimisation of the mobile estate.
Established Customer Knowledge
Through the existing onsite presence, Vodacom has developed an understanding of:
• Customers operational environment and user community.
• Internal approval processes and workflows.
• Governance and escalation procedures.
• Mobile estate structure and administration requirements.
• Business-critical users and VIP support requirements.
• Service management and stakeholder engagement expectations.
This established knowledge significantly reduces onboarding requirements and enables Vodacom to accelerate service delivery whilst maintaining continuity for the customers users.
Support Boundary
The dedicated resources are the primary interface for users and VIPs and provide L1/L2 support.
