- BCom degree or equivalent
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
- 2–3 years post-articles experience
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting
- Experience with management accounts and financial controls
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Maintain and strengthen financial controls across the business
- Oversee reconciliations, journals and general ledger activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
- Monitor financial processes and identify areas for improvement
- Analyse financial information and provide meaningful insights to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal procedures
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Strong financial and analytical capability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound understanding of financial controls
- Ability to interpret and communicate financial information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
