Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing restaurant operations : Overseeing front and back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction : Monitoring dining experiences and addressing guest feedback promptly.
- Leading the team : Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Budget management : Managing financial performance, including sales and cost control.
- Developing menus : Collaborating with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree : A relevant degree in hospitality management or culinary arts.
- Experience in restaurant management : Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills : Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills : Critical for interacting with guests and staff.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software : Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
